Samurai Shogi pieces"Ou-sho flag2"(for Gold general)
Flag of a man who plans to conquer the nation with his deep knowledge and wisdom.
1.This is a military flag to indicate that you are on the "Ou-sho" side.
2.This is a military flag exclusively for "Gold general".
3.It is the same design as the military flag on the "Ou-sho" piece.
4.The military flag bears the Takeda family crest and a passage from ''Sun Tzu's Art of War: Military Wars.''
5.It is made of 925 silver.
This is a military flag for the Ou-sho side exclusively for the "Kin-sho(Gold general)". A Gold general is never 'Promotion', so the military flag which represents 'promoted' will be flown from the beginning. Its design is identical to the flag carried by the Ou-sho. However, unlike in chess, in shogi, captured pieces can be reintroduced into play as part of the capturing player's army. Therefore, the Kin-sho flag is designed to be detachable. The military flag bears the Takeda family crest and a phrase quoted from a section on the movement of armies on the battlefield in "Sun Tzu's Art of War" (Chinese books on tactics). Each letter is 1/16" square and very finely carved.
