Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy that allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
When processing a refund or exchange, any free gifts provided with the purchase must also be returned.
If the free gift is not returned, we will not be able to proceed with the refund process.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused.
Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
Please note that sale items, customized items, special orders, and build-to-order products are not eligible for return.
Returns will not be accepted for items that are incompletely packaged or not covered by insurance at the time of return.
If the item is in perfect condition but you no longer need it for personal reasons, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. (Please be aware that large items, such as furniture, can incur significant shipping fees for international returns).

Return Procedure

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.  Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at "shop@sorairo.site".
