A dragon is wrapped around a sharp sword and swallows it from the tip. 
This sword is said to dispel the three poisons of Buddhism: "greed," "anger," and "ignorance". 
The dragon is black and is believed to be an incarnation of Acala (Fudō Myō-ō), who saves people from disaster and confusion, and is called "Kurikara Ryū-ō". Acala is depicted in an intense form, cutting through the worldly desires and evil of people with his sword and burning them away with flames.
